Post Natal Pilates
Post Natal classes help you recover after pregnancy, labour and delivery.
Pilates will help you strengthen your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, improve energy levels so you can return to pre-pregnancy activities as quickly as possible.
It is also a dedicated time just for you to focus on you.

Mums and Bubs classes are currently arranged by appointment. We have run classes for many mother’s groups in Banyule & Nillumbik to schedule classes which meet group needs.
